5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by Hautei.
Order confirmation by email/SMS does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel or refuse orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or force majeure events.
If payment has been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Payments can be made via debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, wallets.
For all orders, shipping is free.
Hautei does not store your full payment details. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, holidays, or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
In case of disputes, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
In accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, disputes may also be referred to arbitration, with the venue in Ahmedabad and proceedings conducted in English.

14. Termination

Hautei reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to the website if these Terms are violated.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
