Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Free of damage (unless received damaged or defective).

Certain products (e.g., personalized items, hygiene products, digital goods) may be non-returnable. Please check the product page for specific details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will request photos/videos as proof to process your claim.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Please contact us with your order number to initiate an exchange.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

Return Shipping Costs

For all eligible returns, a return label will be included in the package, and is free for the customer. For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we process orders quickly with our suppliers.

After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible.
