Order Delivery Timelines

For orders within India, estimated delivery times are calculated based on the order cutoff time, handling time, and transit time.

• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days, Monday to Friday.

• Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3-9 business days for all destinations.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: All destinations can expect delivery within 5-16 business days.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, unforeseen events, and the specific delivery address.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders across India.
• Currently we are not offering COD.

Order Value Conditions:

• No shipping below a specific order value of ₹100.00.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link.

What If My Order Is Undelivered?

• If the courier is unable to deliver your order (e.g. wrong address, recipient unavailable), the package may be returned to us.
• For prepaid orders, if it is returned, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at no extra cost.
